What we all need to know!

Bill Douglas speaks and writes from the heart. When you read this book you will feel that Bill is right there in the room with you, talking to you. Bill demonstrates through irrefutable science that we really are all one, how truly powerful we are, how vitally essential it is to be in touch with our inner core, how we (individually and as a human race) are evolving into better beings and so much more! We are also learning that Tai Chi, Qigong, yoga, meditation and mindfulness practice are transformational and that these modalities are the keys to living MORE fulfilled lives. OMG....there is so much in this great book! A page turner for sure.

A welcome and inspiring perspective!

I am a science minded person who recently turned to meditation and tai chi, along with other similar modalities, in an attempt to break the cycle of stress that started taking over my life ...

Before this book was published, I began to experience glimpses of the profound impact meditation was having on my own life, after only a few short months of meditative practice. My own transformation is gaining momentum over time and expanding into every facet of my life, becoming much more than a simple 'stress relief' tool and ultimately changing the way I experience and contribute to the world.

This book starts with a grand vision for the future that may seem too magnificent to comprehend or even conceptualize. As it unfolds, the author provides countless science-backed examples to illustrate how this vision might be realized using the power of our own minds across the world community.

At first my logic-driven brain struggled with some of the concepts, which felt too ethereal to grasp. As I continued to read, with the help of the author's repetition and art of 'weaving' the concepts together, the tangles started to unravel and I began to see the life of the prophecy unfold. It became exciting, alive, and real to me.

When I think of the powerful changes I am experiencing personally and apply that on a global level, the author's convictions become contagious. During a time when it can be difficult to imagine a shift towards positive changes in our world, the author's vision, backed by science and history, is a welcome and inspiring perspective.
